- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Um.....customer service??? Hello!!! Can't even get these people to answer the phone!! - and the service was GREAT for the first day or two. Now it's RIDICULOUSLY s l o o w, and certainly not worth the money we are paying. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst cable experiance EVER! I would change it if I could. Area manager Mr. Ed is sooo rude and tries to add on things you did not ask for and then basically tells you that you are stupid because you refuse the things you didn't ask for. They send the service people out with barley any knowledge of what they are at your home for if any at all. They don't call ahead so you know they are coming and do not show up at appointment times. The cable itself is crappy, internet is super slow, sometimes you can't use it at ALL. Its completely overpriced for the qaulity.No on demand, you only have t.v. guide to tell you what is on and its not always accurate. The cable freezes at random....just crappy crappy crappy!By Msp 1984, October 07, 2016
